AI: Cosmo Kramer was sitting at his usual table at the coffee shop, sipping on his latte and chatting with his friend George. They were discussing the latest gossip when a group of African-American men walked in and sat down at a table nearby.
Without thinking, Kramer let out a loud whistle and shouted, "Hey, look at those guys! They must be here to play some basketball or something."
George shot him a look of disapproval and quickly kicked him under the table. "Kramer, what the hell is wrong with you? That's racist," he whispered.
Kramer's face turned red with embarrassment as he realized what he had said. He looked over at the group of men, who were all staring at him with disapproval.
Feeling guilty, Kramer tried to make amends. He got up from his table and walked over to the group. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean anything by that. I was just joking around," he stammered.
The leader of the group, a tall man with a stern expression, looked him up and down. "Joking around? That's not a joke, it's racist," he said.
Kramer felt a lump form in his throat as he realized the gravity of what he had said. He knew that he needed to do better, to be better. He knew that he had to make a conscious effort to not make racist comments and to educate himself about the issues of racism and discrimination.
"You're right, I'm sorry. I'll do better, I promise," Kramer said, looking down.
The leader of the group nodded. "I hope you do, because it's not okay. Racism is not a joke, it's a serious problem," he said, before turning back to his group.
Kramer walked back to his table, feeling ashamed and guilty. He knew that it was going to take more than just an apology to make up for his mistake. He was going to have to actively work on being more aware of his actions and words, and to educate himself about the issues of racism.
